Our East Hartford office employs four individuals who spend their time exclusively on the structuring and distribution of municipal securities in the Northeast. These individuals manage the majority of Roosevelt & Cross’ public finance relationships in Connecticut and Massachusetts and provide us with substantial, in-state coverage of institutional and individual retail investors in Connecticut. Several of our representatives in East Hartford have 20 or more years of experience selling and structuring Connecticut bonds to individuals and financial institutions in the State. This capability enables our firm to successfully commit our resources to the State of Connecticut, its agencies and its municipalities over a long period of time. Roosevelt & Cross has underwritten hundreds of local government issues throughout Connecticut , and marketed those bonds to local individual and institutional investors.
